The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is offering fully-funded scholarship opportunities for postgraduate studies in the serene environment of Singapore. This award is a collaboration between several esteemed institutions in the country and provides international students with the chance to pursue their Master’s or PhD degrees in a world-class academic environment.
As a recipient of the SINGA scholarship, you will have the opportunity to study in English at one of four esteemed institutions: the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR), the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the National University of Singapore (NUS), or the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). You will be supervised by renowned researchers, and upon successful completion, you will be awarded a Ph.D. degree from either NTU, NUS, or SUTD.
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be an international graduate with a passion for research and excellent academic records. You must also possess and show proof of excellent written and spoken English skills and have favorable references from academic referees. A*STAR may also have additional selection criteria, so be sure to check the eligibility requirements thoroughly.
The SINGA scholarship will provide support for up to four years of Ph.D.studies, including tuition fees, a monthly stipend of S$2,700, an airfare grant of up to S$1,500, and a settling-in allowance of S$1,000.
In order to apply, you will need to submit the following documents online: a passport, a recent passport-size photo, degree certificates, two recommendation reports, and transcripts (all in English translation).
